General Notary Fees

Notary Services: $5 per seal (We are A Mobile Notary Services. Travel costs apply based on mileage and travel time round-trip. Parking and Tolls may apply ( if applicable).

Witnesses: We provide witnesses for legal documents at a rate of $15 per witness ( if available)
​
E- Notarization: $ 25 per electronic seal (U.S. Only)
Travel & Mileage Fees:
00-15 miles round trip: Flat rate $10
additional miles- $0.585 per mile
over 40 miles: N/A

Copy/ Print / Fax Services: $1 per page
​
Courier Fees: Starting at $3 and up

The person (s) signing MUST be present. Please have valid identification such as a Driver's License. US Passport, Military photo identification, etc.

*The notary reserves the right to refuse to sign if the principal is not alert x 3. The inability to establish proper identification will result in the cancellation of the visit. Travel & and mileage fees will still be invoiced to the client. Payment is expected upon receipt. Thank you for your cooperation.
